Therapeutic Rhythm Mindfullness (TRM)

Being mindful, is a state of active and open attention on the present. When you're mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them good or bad. Instead of letting your life pass you by, mindfulness means living in the moment and awakening to the life experience.

What a better way to achieve that through the beats of a drum.Therapeutic Rhythm and Mindfulness (TRM) is a very effective way to connect us to the present.

This Mindfulness and stress relief drum circle workshop opens your heart, mind and body to a wonderful synthesis of music, mindfulness and drumming.

TRM™ was developed as a modality to enhance positive health and well-being and reduce negative mood disturbance. TRM was also created as an experiential modality to cultivate presence. Using approaches such as group drumming, mindfulness, and emotion-focused awareness.
